Shipping Policy

At Soulfully Wild Co., we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays. Once a package leaves our hands and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Any issues regarding delivery should be handled directly with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
